Meet your facillitators
Salli Radford attended her first yoga class 30 years ago and dipped in and out of various classes until she discovered Ashtanga in 2018.
In 2019 Salli began practicing with Joey Miles and has joined Joey on a number of retreats and intensive trainings to deepen her practice. Salli completed 200YTT in 2022 and began teaching Ashtanga and Hatha classes in York and Pocklington.
Salli's teaching is accessible, compassionate and supportive, focusing on empowering students and building confidence.
Alexandra Cross, a Holistic Wellness Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher combines modern coaching techniques with ancient wisdom to help you reconnect with your truth, honour your intuition, embrace your own inner cycles and celebrate your individuality.
