Designed to meet you where you are, and take you further, with intention, my approach to yoga is shaped by both personal experience and years of study.
It’s grounded in the understanding that no two bodies are the same and that real progress comes from awareness, consistency and intelligent guidance.
In my classes, you won’t be asked to push past your limits or perform for the room.
You’ll be invited to pay attention.
To notice where you are.
To understand how your body moves.
To build strength and stability in a way that feels sustainable.
All Classes are held in and around Market Weighton, between Hull and York
In my classes, there is always another way in.
Through variations. Through modifications. Through a more intelligent progression.
This is a practice that respects where your body is today, while developing the strength and skill to expand what’s possible over time.

What to expect
Each class is structured with purpose designed to build strength, mobility and awareness not just to simply complete poses, but to really understand them.
There is a strong focus on:
Alignment and technique
Breath-led movement
Strength and control
Gradual, sustainable progression
You’ll be guided clearly, with space to explore your own pace within the practice.
Whether you’re completely new or more experienced, the intention is the same, to help you feel more connected, more capable and more at home in your body.
This isn’t about achieving the “full expression” of a pose. It’s about developing a relationship with your body that is built on trust.
Over time, you’ll notice your practice becomes less about what it looks like, and more about how it feels.

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
ALL LEVELS YOGA

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility & balance through mindful movement and breathwork. Modifications and variations are offered throughout, allowing each student to practice at their own pace and comfort level.
RESTORATIVE YOGA

A gentle, calming practice focused on deep relaxation. Using props to fully support the body, this class allows your muscles to release, your nervous system to reset and your mind to soften. Deeply restorative for body, mind & spirit.
BEGINNERS YOGA

If you've been curious about starting yoga but are not sure where to start, this class is for you! We go through poses right from the beginning focusing on the foundations of yoga to build a solid, rooted practice
